CalArts Student Council - The Rescuer - April-May 2009
With the second issue of The Rescuer, we went weirder. I asked the two Animation Senators, Nick Gibney and Tay Mills to draw the finger page numbers (Nick) and the title banner (Tay). Once again, I pasted photos I took at events into the letters.
In addition to laying out the newsletter using InDesign, I took most of the photos, except the second one on the cover (above).
The spread above celebrated the plethora of redheads on campus. Those featured were just the tip of the ginger iceberg.

I photographed Douglas Kearney and gathered information from Kearney and the Critical Studies department for this feature, shortly after he received a Whiting Writer's Award.
