Guggenheim ivy
the floors inside. The inside-outside connection is also made via ivy on both sides of the windows, which thematically ties the museum to Central Park.
Guggenheim bubble windows
The bubbles let natural light into the interior.
Guggenheim view from the top
View from the top floor, down to the fountain.

Wright designed the museum so that patrons would start at the top and wind their way down, moving with gravity. However, many visitors walk backwards/up the ramps instead. Some works are designed to be seen from different angles and distances.
